Videri is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to drive high-impact, sales-aligned marketing initiatives in their region. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a strategic yet execution-focused marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments.
You'll collaborate closely with the regional sales team, ensuring marketing efforts directly contribute to pipeline growth and revenue impact. This role spans across multiple marketing disciplines, including events, digital marketing, sales enablement, content, social, and messaging. All of this requires a hands on self-starter who seamlessly moves between strategy and execution.

The ideal candidate is located in the East Coast timezone, a plus if located in Atlanta or Toronto area. Open to candidates in the US and Ontario.
What You’ll Do
Regional Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Own the regional marketing plan, aligning all activities with sales and revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain market analysis on marketing activities along with customer insights to guide marketing plan.
- Adapt global marketing initiatives to fit regional needs while maintaining brand consistency.
Event Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize trade shows, field events, and activations that drive demand and sales pipeline.
- Ensure flawless execution, measurable ROI, and post-event follow-ups to maximize lead conversion.
Sales & Partner Enablement
- Develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and case studies to accelerate deals.
- Support channel and partner marketing with co-branded campaigns, lead generation efforts, and training materials.
Digital & Demand Generation
- Plan and execute email marketing, targeted digital campaigns, and regional landing pages to nurture leads.
- Leverage marketing automation (HubSpot) to track, analyze, and optimize engagement.
Content & Messaging
- Create localized content, including blog posts, whitepapers, thought leadership articles, and customer stories that reinforce Videri’s value proposition.
- Ensure messaging is clear, compelling, and resonates with regional audiences.
Social Media & Brand Awareness
- Develop and publish engaging regional social content that amplifies brand presence and builds a local community.
- Work with global marketing to ensure a cohesive brand voice across all platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team, global marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Provide regional insights and feedback to influence future marketing strategies.
Who You Are
- Marketing Generalist – You have 3-5 years of experience spanning across events, digital, content, sales enablement, and social media.
- B2B & Tech-Savvy – Experience in B2B technology, hardware, and/or SaaS is preferred; digital signage experience is a plus.
- Execution-Oriented – You thrive on getting things done, with an ability to move fast and work without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Sales-Aligned – You understand the connection between marketing and revenue and are comfortable working hand-in-hand with sales teams.
- Strategic & Tactical – You can build a plan and execute it, seamlessly shifting between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution.
- Data-Driven – You use marketing analytics, automation tools (HubSpot), and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
- Excellent Communicator – Strong writing, presentation, and storytelling skills to create compelling marketing materials.
- Cross-Functional Collaborator – You work well with multiple teams, from sales to product, and can navigate a matrixed organization.
