We are a growing digital services agency providing SEO, Web Design, Website Development, Google Ads, and Digital Marketing solutions to businesses across the United States.

We are looking for an Email Marketing & LinkedIn Outreach Specialist who can generate qualified appointments and sales opportunities through cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and AI-powered prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified appointments for SEO, Web Design, Web Development, and Digital Marketing services.
• Identify and target business owners, marketing managers, and decision-makers in the U.S. market.
• Build prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, and other lead generation tools.
• Create and manage cold email outreach campaigns.
• Execute LinkedIn outreach and follow-up sequences.
• Use AI tools to personalize outreach at scale.
• Track and optimize campaign performance including deliverability, reply rates, and booked meetings.
• Maintain accurate prospect and campaign data in CRM systems.

Required Skills

• Experience in B2B lead generation and appointment setting.
• Hands-on experience with cold email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Knowledge of U.S. business prospecting and lead generation.
• Experience with:
• Apollo
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Instantly
• Smartlead
• Clay
• ChatGPT or AI automation tools
• Understanding of email deliverability, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, email warm-up, bounce rates, and inbox placement.
• Strong written English communication skills.
