We’re looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Operations Leader to drive operational excellence across our fast-paced and growing team. ViB’s growth has outpaced our internal operations, resulting in disconnected systems, overly manual processes, and underutilized data. This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic leader who excels at both design and implementation to modernize our infrastructure, streamline operations, and unlock the full potential of our data so we can drive smarter, faster growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, implement, and improve integrated sales and marketing operations strategies that support business objectives and maximize high performance across teams
  • Identify and remove process inefficiencies across the sales and marketing funnel
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between Sales and Marketing, and other functions such as Customer Success, Finance and back office fulfillment teams

Technology & Automation

  • Own our tech stack, leading design, development, integrations, and administration of Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Quickbooks, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other tools and systems that support the sales and marketing funnel
  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of new tools and technologies to enhance team performance.
  • Audit, uncover and resolve data quality issues; improve designs to avoid issues in the future
  • Manage and prioritize ongoing support requests, projects, and priorities in real time

Analytics & Reporting

  • Define and monitor KPIs across the entire funnel, from lead generation to closed-won revenue
  • Build dashboards and regular reporting cadences to provide visibility into campaign performance, pipeline health, and forecasting.
  • Monitor the accuracy of reports and other data and intelligence essential to the organization: recommend revision to existing reports, or assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed

Revenue Operations

  • Support revenue planning, forecasting, and quota-setting processes.
  • Align demand generation efforts with sales capacity and pipeline coverage.
  • Support weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting and forecasting for the sales and marketing organization, identifying significant changes and trends that will materially impact our growth trajectory
  • Manage team of 3 salesforce specialists and 2 marketing data specialists

Sales & Marketing Enablement

  • Build standardized operating procedures for sales and territory planning, lead workflows, and campaign execution workflows, working closely with other teams to iterate on SOPs to maximize efficiency
  • Partner with the team to develop training, onboarding, and enablement programs
  • Work cross-departmentally with Sales, Post Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve and customize workflows, optimize efficiency, and help us “get the most” out of the tools in our stack

Traits Of The Ideal Candidate:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, and/or revenue operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of optimizing sales and marketing systems and processes
  • Strong experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms like Hubspot
  • Deep analytical skills with proficiency in reporting tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Strong understanding of the full customer lifecycle and B2B buying journey
  • Experience in SaaS or tech industry
