We’re looking for a Brand & Product Marketing Manager to drive our content strategy and execution. In this hybrid role, you’ll shape how we tell our story from brand identity to product messaging to the content that brings it all to life.
You’ll be responsible for crafting a clear, consistent narrative across channels, owning product messaging, and creating engaging content that drives awareness, trust, and demand. You’ll shape how we communicate with our audience across the entire customer journey, from top-of-funnel thought leadership to product messaging and conversion-focused creative.
This role will be responsible for:
Brand Marketing
- Own our brand visuals, collaborating with designers to continue to elevate our brand standards and apply them to everything we do
- Manage creative development of our digital and print assets including infographics, slide decks, short videos, and other multimedia
- Lead brand-level campaigns that build awareness, affinity, and differentiation
Product Marketing
- Own positioning and messaging for our demand generation products, translating features into business value and compelling narratives
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for each of our product lines
- Create sales enablement materials: product one-pagers, pitch decks, competitive messaging, FAQs, etc. and train the customer-facing teams in how to position
Content Marketing
- Own ViB’s content roadmap: Plan, create, and manage a steady stream of high-quality, engaging content aligned with business goals, product focuses, and buyer needs, and that supports the full marketing funnel (TOF, MOF, BOF)
- Write and edit high-quality content across formats: blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, video scripts, and more
- Optimize content for SEO, user engagement, and conversion
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, freelance writers, and designers to scale content production
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, with proven experience across product marketing, brand strategy, and content creation.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English, with a portfolio that shows both strategic clarity and creative execution
- Basic graphics design skills and an ability to work in adobe tools, as well as demonstrated experience with quality design fundamentals to provide graphics design teams good quality direction
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, content marketing funnels, and brand positioning
- Experience working cross-functionally with other marketers, sales, and customer-facing teams
- Bonus: Background in writing for B2B or SaaS companies that target marketers
