Overview
As a Performance Creative Strategist at Viasox, you will leverage data, consumer psychology, and creative insights to craft high-performing direct response ads that drive customer acquisition. You will play a pivotal role in developing video and static ad creatives for Meta, Tiktok, and emerging platforms like Applovin, ensuring that every asset is designed for conversion.
This role is a hybrid of strategy and execution—you’ll be responsible for scripting, analyzing ad performance, and collaborating with production teams to continuously refine creative strategies based on real-time data. You will work closely with the Creative Producer, video editors, and performance marketing team to ensure that all creative aligns with our direct response marketing objectives.
This is a high-impact role where the success of your work will directly influence Viasox’s revenue and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Develop high-converting ad creatives by blending data-driven insights with compelling storytelling.
- Write 2–4 performance-driven video ad scripts per week and develop static ad concepts that drive engagement.
- Perform consumer, product, and competitor research to identify creative opportunities that resonate with our audience.
- Analyze ad performance metrics to identify top-performing creative elements and iterate for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring visuals align with strategy.
- Monitor digital marketing trends and apply emerging best practices to creative strategy.
- Present creative performance analyses and strategic recommendations to the marketing team using Google Sheets, Motion, and pitch decks.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in direct response advertising, DTC marketing, or performance-driven creative strategy.
- Proven ability to script and develop ad creatives for Meta and emerging platforms.
- Deep understanding of direct response psychology and consumer behavior in the digital ad space.
- Proficiency in performance analytics tools such as Triple Whale, Motion, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience working cross-functionally with video editors, designers, and paid media teams.
- Strong ability to balance creative vision with data-backed decision-making.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Work Hours & Location
EST Timezone. Working Hours Between 9-5PM EST
Contracted role to start, until we establish our US entity (2 month timeline)
