We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize the engine that powers go-to-market growth. You'll be the connective tissue between sales and marketing teams, ensuring the tech stack works seamlessly to drive aggressive customer acquisition goals.
What You'll Do
Own the operational infrastructure that enables revenue teams to execute efficiently. You'll manage the entire sales and marketing tech stack, build automation workflows that eliminate manual work, and ensure clean data flows between systems. Provide the insights and reporting that drive better decisions across the organization.
Build and maintain workflows for lead enrichment, CRM hygiene, and multi-channel campaign orchestration. Track marketing attribution and monitor performance across key paid acquisition channels to empower data-driven decisions.
This means building Clay workflows for lead enrichment, maintaining Salesforce hygiene and reporting, orchestrating multi-channel campaigns across Apollo and Instantly, tracking attribution through Factors.ai, and monitoring performance across paid acquisition channels in Google Ads and LinkedIn to ensure media consultants have the data they need.
You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and continuously improve go-to-market operations. This role reports to senior leadership and will be instrumental in sustaining a high-growth trajectory.
What You Bring
You have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in sales or marketing operations, ideally at a B2B SaaS company during a high-growth phase.
You have deep proficiency with core revenue tech stacks. Mandatory experience is required with: Salesforce, Clay (lead enrichment), Apollo (sales engagement), Instantly (multi-channel campaigns), Factors.ai (attribution), Google Ads, and LinkedIn. Experience with AI is mandatory.
You can build sophisticated automation workflows, create complex reports, and integrate systems with minimal engineering support.
More importantly, you're scrappy and resourceful. You don't wait for perfect you ship, iterate, and improve. You understand that in a dynamic environment, you need to balance building scalable systems with moving fast. You're comfortable with ambiguity, can prioritize ruthlessly, and know when to build versus buy versus implement a strategic workaround.
