Now, as we expand our product lineup, we’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our content and community strategy across all major social platforms.

Your Role

This is a strategic and hands-on position where you’ll lead our social media presence, social media content creation, content calendar, and email marketing efforts. You’ll work directly with the founders to drive brand visibility, customer education, and product awareness through engaging, consistent content.

Socials: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
Tools: Canva, CapCut, Photoshop (bonus), Mailchimp, Monday.com, WordPress/WooCommerce, Google Workspace (If you have better tools or systems that help you do your best work, we want you to bring them in.)

Responsibilities

Develop and manage our multi-platform content strategy
Create, edit, and publish original content tailored for each platform
Post regularly and engage with our audience to build trust and visibility
Plan and execute email campaigns through Mailchimp
Monitor content performance and recommend data-driven improvements
Collaborate directly with company founders on product and brand initiatives

Requirements

Fluent or native English speaker
Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or brand growth in the consumer product sector
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and Mailchimp
Solid understanding of social media best practices and audience engagement
Excellent communication and time management skills
Strong alignment with our core values: integrity, transparency, and clear communication
