Role Overview

We’re seeking Senior Designers with 5+ years of experience who can craft exceptional digital experiences that balance creativity, clarity, and business impact.

You’ll be responsible for designing client websites for high-growth B2B SaaS companies, collaborating closely with our Webflow development team to ensure flawless design-to-build handoff.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end design process: research, UX strategy, wireframes, UI design, prototyping, and final delivery.
• Collaborate daily with Webflow developers to ensure design fidelity and smooth CMS implementation.
• Design within brand systems while introducing new creative directions that elevate the product’s visual identity.
• Translate complex ideas into elegant, intuitive digital interfaces for clients.
• Manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced, high-stakes agency environment.
• Participate in design reviews, mentor junior designers, and contribute to improving internal design processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional design experience (agency or SaaS-focused preferred).
• Expertise in Figma, prototyping, and design system creation.
• Proven ability to deliver premium website UI/UX for SaaS or tech brands.
• Strong understanding of Webflow structure and CMS handoff workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in English — both written and spoken.
• Leadership mindset — capable of owning outcomes, mentoring peers, and collaborating cross-functionally.
• A strong design portfolio that demonstrates creativity, precision, and results.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for enterprise or venture-backed startups.
• Familiarity with Webflow, HubSpot, or Notion-based CMS integrations.
• Animation/motion design capabilities.
• Prior experience in a remote-first, international team environment.
