We’re looking for a Senior Web Designer who can own design strategy and execution for complex marketing websites. This role isn’t about pushing pixels - it’s about crafting bold, conversion-oriented experiences that elevate brand perception and move metrics.

You’ll collaborate directly with strategists, copywriters, developers, and clients to lead projects from wireframe to polished design. You’ll bring creative vision, strategic thinking, and detail-obsessed execution to every engagement.

What You’ll Do

Own the end-to-end web design process for high-visibility client projects—from discovery to delivery.
Design modular, scalable systems that feel cohesive across pages and platforms.
Translate brand strategy into compelling UX/UI concepts that balance storytelling with performance.
Produce high-fidelity design files in Figma, optimized for responsive behavior and developer handoff.
Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, content, development) and client stakeholders in reviews and workshops.
Contribute to evolving Veza’s internal design frameworks, tools, and best practices.

Who You Are

5+ years of experience in digital or web design, ideally at an agency or with B2B tech/SaaS clients.
Deep expertise in Figma and strong visual design skills - typography, layout, hierarchy, responsiveness.
Strong understanding of UX, conversion optimization, and marketing site behaviors (forms, flows, CTAs).
You think in systems - understanding how components, spacing, and structure drive scale.
Confident communicator who can present work, explain decisions, and lead client-facing conversations.

Obsessed with craft but always tied to results - you love when beautiful design also drives growth.

Bonus: Experience in animation, motion, Webflow.
