Product Manager

Vet’s Choice Radiology is transforming how veterinary teams access and act on diagnostic imaging insights. Our platform connects veterinary clinics, radiologists, and patient data to deliver faster answers and clearer clinical decisions.

We are looking for a Product Manager who thrives in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment and is excited to build products that improve outcomes for veterinary teams and their patients.

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Product and will own core product initiatives across our radiology platform, AI-enabled workflows, and veterinary clinic integrations.

What You’ll Do

Lead product strategy and execution across key areas of the Vet’s Choice Radiology platform.

Responsibilities include:

• Define and drive product roadmap initiatives aligned to company growth and clinical impact

• Partner with engineering, radiologists, operations, and design to deliver high-quality product releases

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration

• Translate veterinary workflows and diagnostic imaging needs into scalable software solutions

• Drive product discovery through customer interviews, clinic feedback, and usage analytics

• Prioritize features based on clinical impact, business value, and development effort

• Collaborate with veterinary clinics and radiologists to improve diagnostic workflows and reporting

• Work closely with engineering teams on sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery

• Measure product success through adoption, engagement, turnaround time improvements, and clinic satisfaction

• Help shape AI-assisted radiology workflows and diagnostic insight capabilities

• Veterinary practice management system (PIMS) integrations

• Radiology workflow optimization

• Diagnostic imaging platform capabilities

• AI-assisted clinical insights

• Radiologist productivity tools

• Veterinary clinic experience and reporting tools

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 4–7 years of product management experience in SaaS or health technology

• Experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile development environment

• Strong ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive product experiences

• Proven ability to prioritize product initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes

• Experience using data and customer insights to inform product decisions

• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, veterinary technology, or diagnostic imaging

• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, or healthcare data systems

• Experience working on workflow or productivity tools

• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled product capabilities
