Who we are:
We are Vet-AI, and we are delivering the pet care of the future. Our flagship app, Joii Pet Care was created to make pet care affordable and accessible for all pet owners. Through Joii, pet mums and dads can video call a vet 24/7, use an intelligent pet symptom checker (think NHS 111 but for pets), or seek preventative care through nurse clinics. And yes, it can all be done from the comfort of home, drastically reducing the need for in-person vet trips.
Our mission:
- To make pet care affordable and accessible for everyone.
- To improve the lives and wellbeing of everyone working within the veterinary industry.
Quite simply, we want vet care to be available to everyone, and to ensure the people who are delivering it with us are as happy as they can be. We’re called Joii, after all.
Our brand values:
Brave;
- We are not afraid to disrupt the status quo. Championing what’s right for pets and standing confidently behind our purpose. Even when it’s challenged.
- We have the courage and confidence to tackle things that nobody has done before.
- We may face hurdles, adversity, and the fear of failure but we have the conviction to keep going.
Boundless;
- We do not constrain ourselves to the expectations of traditional pet care; we’re young, bright and full of fresh ideas.
- We bring energy and pro-activity to everything we do. We’re problem solvers, with a ‘can do’ outlook.
- Our boundless attitude brings the joy.
Togetherness;
- We share an ‘in-it-together’ mindset. We’re one team; we don’t leave anyone to face problems alone when we can help.
- We champion empathy and compassion; caring about what our customers and our colleagues are going through. Going above and beyond when they need us.
- We strive for constant collaboration, no matter where we are in the world
Role Summary:
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for marketing to new and existing commercial partners.
This is an exciting time to take on this role. We are scaling up our B2B marketing activity, bringing a new disruptive product suite to market. You will work closely with Sales to deliver compelling marketing activity that generates leads and helps build partnerships with major pet industry players.
You’ll also be responsible for the marketing activity we undertake with our existing partners. You’ll pitch campaign ideas to them, see them through to execution, and report back to the business on their impact. These campaigns are consumer-facing, so you’ll be influencing our partners with ideas that drive value for both them and their customer base (a B2B2C model).
We’re looking for someone who creates compelling communications, can pitch campaigns and products with impact, and is commercially minded. Personable, collaborative, and proactive are must-have traits for how we work at Vet-AI.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead on all marketing activity with our existing partners. Bring data-backed campaign ideas to them, gain their support and help them execute with impact.
- Manage day-to-day partner requests, liaising with other departments where required to ensure our partners have what they need from us.
- Lead regular meetings with each of our existing partners, building strong relationships with them that allow you to influence their decision making.
- Lead our B2B marketing activity, build a calendar of activity that is aligned with Sales priorities and discussions.
- Define and understand our audience, position our products to meet their needs and communicate the benefits of our solutions with clarity and impact.
- Build a bank of marketing assets that support sales in new business discussions (case studies, demo videos, pitch decks, positioning statements, statistics).
- Responsibility for the performance of the Vet-AI website. Manage content, A/B test landing pages and utilise SEO and analytics to optimise site performance and drive leads.
- Run the Vet-AI LinkedIn account, planning content and posting regularly to drive awareness of what we’re doing across the pet industry.
- Report on your activity, defining KPIs for each campaign and reporting back to the business.
Knowledge/Experience required:
- Strong B2B marketing foundations, you’ve got 3-5 years experience to call on.
- Commercially minded, you have revenue generation at the forefront of your mind and able to demonstrate where you’ve had commercial impact in the past.
- Ability to manage stakeholders, both in our own business and our partners’.
- Personable, outgoing and able to build strong relationships with partners.
- Organised with the ability to prioritise. This is a fast paced, dynamic environment where opportunities can require quick turnarounds.
- Expert in communicating through PowerPoint, building succinct presentations that engage audiences.
- Proactive, problem-solving attitude. You see problems or opportunities and address them rather than waiting for them to come to you.
- Positive, energetic approach that’s infectious.
- Strong attention to detail, maintaining high design standards no matter the project.
- A team player, collaborative.
- Start-up mindset, experience in a start-up/scale-up environment is essential.
