Data Scientist

We’re hiring an experienced Data Scientist with a strong track record of turning complex data into valuable business insights. This role is ideal for professionals with 10+ years in data science, statistical modeling, and data visualization, who are confident presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What You’ll Do

1. Analyze and Explore Data

• Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, trends, and insights.
• Use statistical and quantitative methods to interpret data and drive business understanding.

2. Define Goals & Success Metrics

• Work closely with business stakeholders to establish objectives and measurable key results (OKRs).
• Create metrics to track progress and performance against those goals.

3. Data Storytelling & Communication

• Translate complex data findings into clear, impactful stories for a variety of audiences.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on insights, along with expected outcomes.

4. Build Predictive Models

• Develop forecasting and machine learning models (regression, classification, clustering, etc.).
• Continuously test, improve, and evaluate model performance.

5. Design Visual Insights

• Create dynamic dashboards and reports that offer both overview and deep-dive capabilities.
• Deliver visuals that are both informative and easy to interpret.

6. Lead Research & Experimentation

• Frame and test hypotheses to solve business problems.
• Plan and execute research using the right data tools and techniques to validate ideas.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of hands-on experience solving real-world business problems using data.
• Expertise in:
• Data querying (e.g., SQL)
• Programming/scripting (e.g., Python)
• Statistical tools (e.g., R, or equivalent)
• Solid grasp of:
• Statistical modeling
• Predictive analytics
• Data storytelling and visualization
• Exceptional communication skills—capable of explaining technical concepts clearly and persuasively to all types of stakeholders.
