Job Title: ABX Marketing Operations Manager
Location: Fully Remote Role
Duration: 04+ Months Contract with Potential to extend/convert
Pay Range: $110- $120 Per hour on W2

• The Marketing Strategy & Operations team sits at the core of Client’s go-to-market strategy, enabling marketing performance through thoughtful systems, streamlined processes, and trusted data. As part of the broader Marketing Data Operations and Technology group, the team drives operational excellence and optimizes the technologies and data flows that power our demand engine and marketing insights.
• The ABX Marketing Operations Manager Opportunity Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, this role will help shape both the current and future state of ABX at Client. You’ll help maintain and optimize our ABM-related workflows and ensure they are operationally aligned with key business partners, evolving KPIs, and long-term strategies-working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Business Technology, and GTM Ops. What you’ll be doing
• Serve as the Marketing Operations ABM subject matter expert, oversee projects that connect marketing workflows with data, systems, and marketing technology
• Collaborate on initiatives that optimize ABX workflows and align with cross-functional teams across various Marketing teams to drive scalable, business impact
• Partner with Business Technology to drive business requirements on Salesforce enhancements to support ABX account frameworks and data quality improvements
• Contribute to the development of reporting frameworks and dashboards, ensuring data quality and actionable insights for performance measurement
• Collaborate with the Marketing Data team to ensure our data layers supports ABX marketing data collection and transfer
• Drive business improvements in key ABX platforms, including 6sense and Folloze.
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations and MarTech
• 3+ years of hands-on ABM campaign/operations experience
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
And extra credit if you have experience in any of the following!
• Experience with ABM-related software such as 6sense, Folloze and other tools
• Experience with Marketo and other MarTech platforms
• Familiarity with Exposure to security, audit, or SOX compliance in a marketing systems context.
