POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Engineer to join the team and help drive customer success by resolving product-related challenges, enhancing adoption, and improving satisfaction. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and life-saving scientific innovation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as a trusted technical partner for customers, addressing product-related issues.
Collaborate with account teams to drive product adoption and improve customer experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer challenges, escalating when necessary to product and engineering teams.
Identify product and documentation improvements and advocate for enhancements.
Develop diagnostic tools, scripts, and playbooks to streamline support and reduce time to resolution.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Must be based in Eastern Time Zone (EST).
7+ years in customer engineering, SRE, or technical support roles with a record of success.
Strong troubleshooting skills for APIs, integrations, and AWS-based applications.
Hands-on experience with cloud-native applications, microservices, and container deployments.
Knowledge of databases, NoSQL, queuing services, and search technologies (e.g., ElasticSearch).
Proficiency in scripting or programming: Python, PHP, JavaScript, React, Go, or Java.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose software reliability issues in distributed systems.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Curious, self-starter, collaborative, and adaptable.
Experience in Life Sciences, Biopharma, or scientific domains is a plus.
