Overview

VertexOne is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist II to help scale our digital demand engine and drive measurable pipeline impact. This role is ideal for a performance-minded marketer who thrives on execution, experimentation, and optimization across digital channels.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will activate multi-channel campaigns, optimize conversion paths, and support programs that move buyers through the funnel. You will operate within a defined strategy while bringing strong tactical expertise and data-informed recommendations to the table.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys turning strategy into results.

Essential Job Duties

Digital Campaign Execution

• Build and launch campaigns across email, paid media, retargeting, and web.
• Develop landing pages, forms, and conversion paths aligned to campaign goals.
• Partner with Product Marketing to translate messaging into effective digital programs.
• Execute A/B testing to continuously improve performance.

Website Performance & Conversion

• Own day-to-day website performance within the CMS, including updates, conversion optimization, and experience improvements.
• Optimize user journeys to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Support SEO implementation through on-page best practices (in partnership with the Content team).
• Monitor site health and recommend enhancements.

Funnel Support & Lifecycle Activation

• Execute nurture programs and automated workflows in HubSpot.
• Support audience segmentation and targeting.
• Partner with Sales to ensure strong lead flow and handoff.

Reporting & Optimization

• Track campaign performance and build recurring reports.
• Analyze funnel metrics and provide recommendations.
• Maintain accurate tagging, attribution, and campaign structure.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or digital marketing within B2B SaaS or a related industry.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred).
• Hands-on experience managing websites within a CMS such as HubSpot or WordPress, including page creation, updates, and optimization.
• Comfort conducting website audits to identify opportunities for improving UX, conversion paths, SEO performance, and overall site health.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and digital analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of CRO, landing page strategy, and email performance.
• Comfort managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with a bias toward action.
