Sr. Brand Manager (ID:46696)

The Sr. Brand Manager will oversee brand identity, positioning, and messaging across all channels while leading portfolio strategy, new product launches, and integrated campaigns to boost engagement and trial. The successful candidate will drive innovation and growth, making a real difference for customers and their communities. Understanding consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis is key to refining strategy and enhancing customer engagement.

The Sr. Brand Manager will collaborate with retail partners to optimize marketing efforts across digital, social media, and in-store touchpoints, as well as support P&L management, maximize ROI, and lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners to execute impactful marketing programs.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all channels.
• Oversee portfolio strategy and new product launches.
• Manage integrated marketing campaigns and retail programs.
• Optimize marketing content across digital, social, and retail touchpoints.
• Analyze consumer insights and market trends to refine strategies.
• Track performance metrics and adjust campaigns for maximum impact.
• Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and revenue goals.
• Support P&L management by optimizing spend and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency.

Required Skills And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
• 5-7+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the consumer products and/or pet industry.
• Strong experience with integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
• Proven ability to drive brand growth, optimize marketing efforts, and manage budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and motivate across teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Experience managing budgets is a must.
• Ensure adherence to financial impacts and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Worksite Location: 100% Remote. Residents of Minnesota and Texas are highly encouraged to apply.

Salary: $150k-$165k/yr base salary plus 20% annual bonus.
