Who we are looking for

As a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack), you will play a key role in creating and optimising voice bots, chatbots, and Generative AI Assistants. Your expertise in Node.js and AWS serverless development will be essential as you work collaboratively with our team to build scalable, intelligent AI systems that enhance customer interactions. You’ll thrive in our dynamic environment, working both autonomously from home and collaboratively with the team to drive innovation in conversational AI.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer
• Proficiency in Node.js
• AWS Serverless Expertise: Proven experience working with AWS serverless technologies, including Lambda, API Gateway, and Kubernetes.
• Conversational AI Experience: Strong knowledge of voice bots, chatbots, and conversational AI technologies, including natural language processing (NLP) and speech recognition.
• Collaboration & Team Player: Must be a strong collaborator who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment, contributing ideas, and supporting the success of others.
• Autonomous & Innovative: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while contributing innovative ideas and driving forward the development of new AI features.
• Cloud & Backend Development: Experience with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms, ensuring the seamless integration of AI systems into broader tech ecosystems.

Preferred Experience:

• 2 + years of experience developing AI applications with Node.js.
• Experience with Generative AI Assistants: Hands-on experience building Generative AI Assistants that create intelligent, dynamic, and adaptive conversational experiences.

• Fast-Paced Execution: Assess complex environments quickly, identify high-impact priorities, and drive rapid implementation to support the company’s scale-up growth.
• Conversational AI Development: Design and deploy advanced voice bots and chatbots using NLP, speech recognition, and text-to-speech technologies to create natural and engaging customer interactions.
• Build Generative AI Assistants: Develop and implement Generative AI Assistants that enhance customer conversations with adaptability, creativity, and personalised responses.
• Node.js Coding: Apply your expertise in Node.js to build clean, efficient, and scalable AI applications, ensuring seamless performance.
• AWS Serverless Architecture: Lead the development of AI solutions using AWS serverless technologies such as Lambda, API Gateway, and Kubernetes, ensuring cost-effective, scalable, and resilient infrastructure.
• Innovation Mindset: Bring your creativity and curiosity to experiment with new approaches, leveraging the latest trends in AI to push the boundaries of what's possible.
• Autonomous Work from Home: Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely, managing your time and workload independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.
• Optimise Performance: Monitor, test, and refine AI models to improve performance and ensure the reliability of voice bots, chatbots, and backend systems.

What success looks like

In the first 30 days, you will fully immerse yourself in our business, gaining a deep understanding of our technology and platform.

In the next few months, you will take on development of key features to meet a large pipeline of client implementations and platform uplift.
