My client is an international group specialized in the manufacturing and marketing of heavy equipment for the mining, construction, energy, and material handling sectors. As part of the expansion of its activities in West Africa, they are recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Manager in Guinea.
The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing the visibility, brand image, and marketing activities in the Guinean market. He/She actively contributes to promoting the company’s products and services, supporting business development, and coordinating communication activities and marketing events.
Main Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communication
Develop and implement the local marketing strategy;
Organize communication campaigns and product promotion activities;
Ensure brand visibility across various channels (digital, press, field activities, events, trade fairs, etc.);
Design and supervise the production of marketing content adapted to the local market.
Business Development
Conduct market research and competitor analysis;
Identify new business opportunities and participate in prospecting activities;
Support the sales team in customer acquisition and retention initiatives;
Participate in negotiations and commercial presentations with clients and partners.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree to Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in:
Marketing,
Communication,
Business Administration,
Management,
or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
Experience in industrial equipment, construction, mining, or heavy machinery sectors is considered a strong advantage.
Languages
English: Mandatory;
Mandarin Chinese: Strong asset;
