Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Operations, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations.
Experience supporting email or digital marketing campaign execution.
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly Email Studio and Journey Builder.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
Ability to manage multiple campaign requests and competing deadlines.
Strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
Client is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Associate to support the
end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns for Private Equity business. This role is
focused on campaign coordination, setup, testing, deployment, monitoring,
documentation, and stakeholder communication.
The associate will work closely with marketing, creative, data, compliance, and
technology teams to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, on time, and in
accordance with established processes and controls.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with
defined procedures, and experienced in managing multiple campaign requests and
deadlines.
Location (Remote) - US
Key Responsibilities
Manage campaign requests from intake through execution and closure.
Review campaign briefs and confirm that required content, audience details,
approvals, and deployment instructions are complete.
Coordinate with marketing, creative, data, compliance, and technology teams to
support campaign delivery.
Set up and schedule email and SMS campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
using approved templates and processes.
Upload and validate campaign content, audience files, suppression lists, and
deployment details.
Perform pre-deployment quality checks, including:
o Content and formatting review
o Link validation
o Personalization testing
o Audience and suppression validation
o Sender and subject-line checks
o Mobile and desktop rendering review
o Approval confirmation
Conduct test sends and coordinate stakeholder review and sign-off.
Schedule and launch campaigns based on approved deployment calendars.
Monitor campaign launches and escalate delivery, data, content, or system
issues.
Track campaign status, dependencies, approvals, risks, and completion dates.
Maintain campaign calendars, execution checklists, trackers, audit records, and
standard operating procedures.
Prepare basic post-campaign reports using delivery, open, click, bounce, and
unsubscribe metrics.
Support campaign reconciliation by confirming that scheduled campaigns were
successfully deployed.
Identify recurring operational issues and recommend process improvements.
Ensure adherence to campaign governance, data privacy, consent, and
unsubscribe requirements.
Support urgent or high-priority campaign requests when required.
Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations.

Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly Email Studio and

Experience using Excel or Google Sheets for campaign tracking and data
validation.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a campaign production or marketing operations team.
Familiarity with Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions.
Basic understanding of HTML for reviewing or making minor content updates.
Basic knowledge of SQL for validating audience data.
Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Workfront, Monday.com, or similar workflow
tools.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification.
Experience working in financial services, asset management, healthcare, or
another regulated industry.
