We're looking for a skilled YouTube Thumbnail Designer to create compelling, high-converting thumbnails for a growing YouTube channel in the relationships and personal development space.

This role is ideal for someone who understands YouTube audience behavior and knows how to transform a video topic into a thumbnail that captures attention and drives clicks.

Responsibilities

Design thumbnails per week based on video topics and scripts

Create multiple concept variations for A/B testing

Maintain a consistent visual brand across all thumbnails

Incorporate text, facial expressions, and imagery that drive clicks

Turn around drafts and revisions quickly

Stay on top of trends in YouTube thumbnail design within the self-improvement/relationship space

What We're Looking For

Proven experience designing YouTube thumbnails.
