As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Senior Lead who will take ownership of our push marketing channels and play a key role in accelerating customer acquisition and business growth.

In this position, you'll have the freedom to shape channel strategies, optimise campaigns, lead testing initiatives and work closely with internal teams and external partners to maximise performance.

What you'll be doing

As our Performance Marketing Senior Lead, you'll be responsible for the performance of our paid marketing channels from end to end. You'll combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and continuously look for opportunities to improve results.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Owning the performance of our push marketing channels, including Paid Social, Display, Video, Affiliate Marketing and Email.
• Developing channel strategies that drive sustainable growth, lead generation and marketing efficiency.
• Managing budgets and taking full accountability for campaign performance and ROI.
• Identifying performance gaps, analysing root causes and implementing optimisation initiatives.
• Building testing frameworks and experimentation roadmaps to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Managing relationships with agencies and affiliate partners, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable results.
• Collaborating closely with teams across SEO, SEM, CRO, Brand and Marketing Operations to maximise overall business performance.
• Translating data into actionable insights and presenting clear recommendations to key stakeholders.

You're commercially driven, analytical and enjoy taking ownership. You don't wait for problems to arise—you proactively identify opportunities and take action to improve performance.

You'll Also Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong expertise across Paid Social and other push marketing channels.
• Experience working with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and performance reporting tools.
• A proven track record of managing and optimising performance marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive business decisions.
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation and continuous optimisation.
• Experience working with agencies and/or affiliate partners.
• Exposure to broader commercial or business responsibilities, such as contributing to growth strategy, cross-functional initiatives or business decision-making, is considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Dutch is considered a plus.
