About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Integrated Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead our marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth across digital and in-person events. This is an exciting opportunity to create impactful campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative ideas that resonate with our target audience.

You will play a key role in integrating online and offline marketing strategies, ensuring consistent messaging, seamless execution, and measurable results.

What you will be doing

Digital Marketing:

Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI and implement data-driven improvements.
Design and manage digital nurture streams to engage and convert leads.
Stay informed of digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies.

CRM:

Manage CRM data, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Identify and create new leads, including follow-up activities.
Prepare and manage newsletters, email nurture flows, and marketing automation campaigns.
Monitor marketing automation results, track email campaign performance, and generate actionable leads.

Manage Company website:

Manage the company’s digital presence, ensuring the website and company profiles are updated with fresh, engaging content.
SEO monitoring & reporting

Digital and In-person Events Management (Webinars, Trade Shows & Seminars):

Plan and execute digital and in-person events from start to finish, including webinars, trade shows, workshops, and client meetups, ensuring a seamless and memorable brand experience.
Establish a comprehensive digital framework for events, including creating registration pages, agendas, event websites, and integrating marketing automation platforms.
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to organize internal and external team syncs to ensure smooth execution.
Develop and finalize the agenda flow for each event.
Coordinate all event logistics, including venue arrangements, vendor management, and attendee communications.
Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency, and handle invoicing processes.
Generate digital assets such as emailers, conduct test sends, and oversee email deployment. Organize dry runs and rehearsals to ensure flawless event execution.
For digital activities, act as the control desk operator, overseeing smooth operations and troubleshooting any issues in real-time.
Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign and event performance, analyzing outcomes and providing actionable insights to leadership for future improvements.

What we’re looking for

Language Skills: Proficiency in English and French (spoken and written) is essential.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field with 4+ years of experience in a similar role, blending digital and event marketing.
Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, ClickDimensions, Eventbrite, GoToWebinar). Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus.
Event Management: Proven ability to organize and manage both digital and in-person events.
Creative Thinking: Strong storytelling and campaign design skills to engage audiences.
Collaboration Skills: A team player who can communicate effectively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Results-Oriented: Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
Adaptability: Ability to navigate hybrid work environments involving both digital and in-person tasks.
Personal Qualities: Attention to detail, excellent listener, clear thinker, and a positive, results-driven attitude.
Bonus Skills: Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is an advantage.
