In other words, they rely on VeriFast as the most critical partner in their screening process to expand the pool while keeping out bad actors and blocking fraud.

About You:

You are first and foremost a designer. A designer with a passion for creating elegant, highly usable interfaces and systems. You are skilled in Figma, the Adobe suite, and the art of mobile and web design. You have at least 2 years of experience designing for both responsive web and mobile-first applications and have a strong portfolio that you can share with us. You pride yourself in not only your creativity but also your ability to understand user needs. You are comfortable breaking down complex data-rich user process to determine the essence of the task and building intuitive flows and designs to accomplish the task in a user first manner. You have experience working in Agile environments and can deliver high-quality work at the fast pace required for sprint based teams.You like people, and understand that a good design isn't great until it has passed through the gate of real world user testing. You understand changes are a part of the process and are adaptive enough to be able to vary a design to meet user and client needs.

What You’ll Do

• Design user interfaces for responsive web, mobile-first applications balancing system constraints and business objectives against industry best practices and user needs;
• Identify user needs and create user personas;
• Work closely with product owners, business SMEs, visual designers, and developers to understand business and functional requirements as well as technical considerations in order to bring your designs to life;
• Prepare user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups of intuitive user experiences;
• Socialize designs, balancing feedback against concept and requirements and tuning to achieve amazing results;
• Advocate for good user experience and design practices within the company.

Requirements

• 4+ years UX design experience;

• 2+ years working with responsive web design and mobile design;

• Advanced proficiency in Figma;

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and interaction design, including both high-fidelity mockups and user flows and/or personas;

• Up to date with the latest mobile and web design trends;

• Excellent attention to detail;

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;

• Great team collaboration and communication skills;

• (Bonus) Demonstrated abilities in visual design is a bonus;

• (Bonus) Experience in the financial or rental industry.
