Looking for someone to fill a key role on a team that’s building something big in AI-first identity intelligence.
Need someone technical, detail-oriented, and client-savvy to step in as our Director of Solutions Engineering (title is flexible). This person will serve as the go-to resource for both prospects and existing clients — helping them evaluate, implement, and get the most out of our identity verification tools. This isn’t a pure sales role or pure support — it’s a hybrid. You’ll help close deals by translating technical value, lead onboarding and integrations, and stay close to key clients post-launch.
You'll report directly to our CPO and you’ll own:
– Supporting sales with pre-sale testing and technical guidance
– Leading onboarding and API integrations
– Managing technical support and being a point of contact for live accounts
– Running usage reviews and proactive client check-ins
– Collaborating with product + engineering to resolve issues fast
What we’re looking for:
– Someone comfortable with APIs, SDKs, and working with dev teams
– Strong communicator who can talk to CTOs and non-technical operators alike
– Experience in solutions engineering, technical success, or technical support
– Someone who knows how to juggle priorities and manage multiple client threads at once
