Job Title: Senior UI/UX Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Senior UX/UI Engineer to join the Veradigm team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing user-friendly, visually appealing, and responsive interfaces for our applications. This role requires a mix of creativity and technical expertise to craft seamless user experiences. The candidate should have excellent ability to communicate, collaborate with the development team, solution management etc.

Responsibilities

Participate as a technical member of an Agile team in Veradigm.
Develop and implement UI/UX designs using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, LESS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Ensure UI components are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.
Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and ASP.Net MVC backend.
Conduct usability testing and implement feedback-driven improvements.
Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.
Collaborate with development, operations, solution management and other teams for smooth software development and delivery process.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related discipline from reputed universities.
Ability to draw, create wireframes for a given use case.
Proficiency in Web designing, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, LESS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Proven experience in leading UX/UI projects and design strategy.
Strong understanding of front-end architecture and best practices.
Experience with UI/UX design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Skills - PLUS

Familiarity with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
Understanding of UX research methodologies and A/B testing.
SQL Queries
Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines - WCAG).
Knowledge on Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
