Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with 4–7 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core, with a deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. Proficiency in SQL Server for database design, development, and performance tuning is essential. The role requires someone who can contribute to high-quality software delivery in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

.NET & C# Expertise: Strong proficiency in C# and deep understanding of the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Framework and .NET Core. Proven experience in developing robust, high-performance, and scalable applications using object-oriented principles
OOP Principles: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and principles, applying them to design and implement efficient solutions.
Algorithms & Data Structures: Strong understanding of core data structures such as arrays, lists, stacks, queues, trees, and hash maps. Familiarity with common algorithms including sorting, searching, recursion, and graph traversal is essential.
SQL Server: Hands-on experience in SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and data manipulation.
Hands-on with Modern .NET Stack: Must have hands-on experience with recent .NET technologies such as ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, ASP.NET Web APIs, WPF, and .NET Framework 4.x.
Agile and SAFe Knowledge: Experience working in Agile and SAFe environments, with a clear understanding of Agile methodologies.
Azure Fundamentals: Familiarity with Azure fundamentals, and possession of the AZ-900 certification is considered a plus.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems efficiently.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of Healthcare Domain and Revenue Cycle processes would be an added advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience.

4-7 years of hands-on experience in software development.
