THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Digital Marketing to lead and manage our digital marketing efforts. This individual will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital strategy for Property Marketing, with a strong focus on SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Social, Email Marketing, and SEM (Search Engine Marketing). The Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and digital initiatives, delivering measurable results through innovative campaigns and data-driven decisions.
Key Job Responsibilities
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Google certification is required for this role.
Advanced SEO skills, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO, essential for improving search engine rankings.
Advanced content marketing strategies experience, including planning, audience engagement, and metrics.
Demonstrated experience of AI applications in marketing, including data analysis, customer segmentation, and personalized marketing campaigns; Demonstrated proficiency in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
Strong expertise in social media management across Facebook and Instagram including content creation and advertising strategies.
