Senior Software Engineer

What you'll be doing:

• Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to ideate on improvements to the tool.
• Contribute to building new features and products for Venngage.
• Improve current code base to increase maintainability, readability, performance, and quality.
• Follow and iterative approach and sprint cadence to make a big impact on product growth

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years working extensively with AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Lambda)
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Ansible strongly preferred)
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (ECS)
• 3+ years working with React
• 3+ years working with PHP
• 3+ years working with SQL
• 5+ years working as a full stack developer
• Experience with applying best practices in software applications
• Hands on experience in working with Agile environments and fast release trains
• Strong understanding of performant algorithms and data structures and applying it to a product
• Ability to research and find potential solutions to technical projects that can yield to the best outcome
• Critical thinker and strong problem-solving skills
• A good team player: Willing to support when needed, win and lose as a team
