UX Designer

The Role:

We’re looking for a thoughtful and skilled UX Designer to help bring our vision to life across key touchpoints—from our public-facing homepage to our internal search tools and agency admin experience. This is a part-time, freelance role where you’ll collaborate directly with Vendry’s leadership and product team to design elegant, intuitive user experiences for both sides of our marketplace.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how brands navigate our search platform and how agencies manage their presence, all while maintaining a cohesive, high-quality visual identity.

Responsibilities:

• Design and iterate on core pages of the Vendry platform, including the homepage, landing pages, and client onboarding flows.
• Lead UX/UI design for new features in our agency search app, including dashboards, filtering tools, proposal views, and admin workflows.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes in Figma (or similar tools).
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to bring designs to life—ensuring technical feasibility and a seamless user experience.
• Apply and evolve our design system and ensure visual consistency across components.
• Conduct lightweight usability testing and implement feedback to improve functionality and clarity.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience (ideally across both B2B platforms and marketing sites).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, user-centered design solutions across desktop and mobile.
• Deep experience with Figma (or similar) for wireframing, prototyping, and design system management.
• Ability to translate product goals into clean, intuitive flows.
• Comfortable working in an async, fast-moving environment.
• Bonus: Familiarity with marketplace or SaaS products, or experience designing admin tools/dashboards.

Time Commitment & Compensation:

• Freelance / part-time: ~10–20 hours per week
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
• Remote: Open to candidates in any timezone, with some overlap with Eastern Time preferred
