Email & SMS Marketing Coordinator - eCommerce Brand

New York-based company, VelvetCaviar.com is looking for a rockstar Email & SMS Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for planning, building, and sending all email and SMS campaigns to our website visitors. You’ll play a vital role in converting customers, launching new products, driving reviews, increasing lifetime value, and much more. This is a great opportunity for an experienced retention marketer who thrives working independently, can hit the ground running in Klaviyo and Recart, and wants to make an immediate impact with a leading ecommerce brand.

The ideal candidate loves marketing, thinks creatively, and strives for greatness. As a remote employee, you’ll still work closely with the New York-based managers responsible for content creation and campaign deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of email & SMS campaigns and flows
• Plan & maintain campaign calendar accuracy for fill rate, performance, and new tests
• Build and schedule Email & SMS campaigns & flows outlined in the marketing calendar
• Continue split testing on flows and campaigns, reporting on results and suggesting new concepts
• Maintain legacy reporting dashboard and deliver in-depth monthly reports to leadership with suggestions
• Report on industry and competitive trends, flagging new strategies or tactics worth testing

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in e-commerce email marketing with a track record of 7-8 figure revenue growth
• Proficiency in Klaviyo, Attentive, Recart, and Shopify to be able to step in immediately
• Proven experience executing email marketing campaigns, flows, and cross-platform customer journeys
• Strong understanding of UX and email design best practices for today's American consumer
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable interpreting data and making informed, independent decisions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously with a remote team
• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) with the US based team
• Bonus: Experience managing loyalty programs
