We're looking for a creative and results-driven Collegiate Marketing Manager to build and lead Velvet Caviar’s national campus rep program. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing innovative grassroots marketing campaigns, managing a team of student ambassadors, and driving brand visibility across many universities. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit, train, and manage a nationwide network of brand-aligned student ambassadors, influencers, or micro-creators across college campuses
- Develop and execute grassroots marketing campaigns that boost campus awareness and engagement through events and social media
- Create and arrange delivery of gift boxes, toolkits, creative assets, and campaign briefs to guide reps’ content and activation efforts
- Conduct monthly virtual training and research sessions to align reps with brand goals
- Organize and oversee in-person brand activations and pop-ups at multiple campuses
- Maintain daily communication with reps, monitor performance, and provide ongoing support
- Partner with internal teams (creative, marketing, and social) to align campaigns with overall brand strategy
- Report on campus trends and community feedback to strengthen brand and marketing initiatives
- Track and report on performance metrics including engagement, reach, and program ROI
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand ambassador programs, or campus-based promotional initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Team player who is excited for an opportunity to learn and thrive within a fast-growing company
- Deep understanding of Gen Z and college culture, plus current social and content trends
- Highly organized with strong communication and project management skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to drive both strategy and execution
- Data-driven and comfortable analyzing campaign metrics to optimize performance
- Willingness to travel for local campus events and brand activations
