About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven, and creative Growth Marketing Specialist with a strong background in B2B SaaS. This role demands a marketing strategist and hands-on expert who will own and execute growth marketing initiatives focused on SEO, content, social media, email marketing, and innovative hacks leveraging AI and automation. You will play a pivotal role in driving organic lead generation, brand visibility, and customer engagement through modern marketing channels and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies with growth marketing hacks, including AI-driven ranking techniques, to boost organic traffic and keyword rankings.
- Create and manage relevant, trend-aligned content campaigns across blogs, newsletters, and other formats.
- Produce engaging multimedia content (images, videos, infographics) using AI tools or collaborate with designers.
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media growth strategies on LinkedIn and Twitter to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
- Use unconventional marketing hacks like ghostwriting, micro-influencer management, community engagement, etc., to expand reach.
- Manage AI-powered and modern marketing tools to automate and scale efforts efficiently.
- Design, implement, and optimize email marketing funnels and automated workflows to nurture leads and increase conversions.
- Drive organic and social selling initiatives to generate quality leads and support sales.
- Analyze and report performance metrics to enable ongoing improvement and growth experiments (A/B testing, funnel optimization).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 3 years of proven marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company with demonstrable success in growth marketing initiatives.
- BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
- Proficiency in US English writing.
- Expertise in SEO with practical experience implementing AI-enhanced SEO ranking strategies.
- Proficient in content marketing and creation using AI tools for multimedia production.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in social media marketing management and growth, especially on LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Familiarity with a wide range of AI-powered marketing and automation platforms and tools.
- Strong email marketing skills, including building nurturing sequences and automation workflows.
- Proven track record of lead generation through organic and social selling methods in the SaaS domain.
- Analytical mindset with ability to derive actionable insights from data and marketing analytics platforms.
- Fluent English communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies is a plus.
