Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Performance Media (PPC) Manager to lead the strategic development, execution, and optimisation of our paid media campaigns across key platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Display. This individual will play a critical role in driving digital performance across the full marketing funnel, ensuring that media spend delivers measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to analyse performance data, manage cross-channel execution, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. This role reports directly to the Strategy Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the full-funnel paid media strategy across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and Display).
- Oversee and coordinate campaign execution, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives.
- Monitor and manage media budgets, ensuring accurate pacing and maximum efficiency across all channels.
- Optimise campaigns based on performance metrics, conversion trends, and testing insights (e.g., A/B testing, creative iterations).
- Brief and QA creative assets in line with platform best practices and funnel stage requirements.
- Maintain a detailed campaign calendar and ensure timely rollouts in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Deliver regular performance reports, including actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Stay up to date with paid media trends, tools, and platform updates, and proactively introduce improvements to internal processes and campaign performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in a senior-level capacity.
- Proven ability to execute and scale campaigns across multiple digital platforms simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
- Proficient in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio, and experienced in setting up and managing UTM tracking.
- Experience using AI or automation tools for campaign optimisation and creative enhancement (e.g., Madgicx, AdCreative.ai).
- Demonstrated expertise in full-funnel campaign planning, including top-of-funnel awareness through to conversion and retention.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in remote or distributed teams.
- Bonus: Experience with B2B lead generation, eCommerce performance campaigns, or tools such as HubSpot and CRO platforms.
