Overview:

We’re looking for a Client Services Manager / Account Manager who thrives on building client relationships, ensuring high-performance paid media campaign delivery, and spotting opportunities to grow accounts through data-driven insights. This role combines strong coordination skills with deep analytical curiosity—supporting both campaign ROI and the agency’s business growth.

You’ll manage the day-to-day delivery and optimization of paid ad campaigns across various platforms, with a strong focus on Programmatic, Display Advertising, and channels like Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. You will be the central liaison, working closely with Campaign Managers (Ad Ops), Creatives (Studio Team), and Clients, acting as the crucial link between client business goals and campaign performance metrics.

It’s a high-impact position for someone who loves making things happen, building trust, and helping clients see what’s possible through clear, measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Performance Management:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and clear alignment on performance goals and budget pacing.
  • Manage timelines, media briefs, deliverables, and expectations across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, optimized campaigns.
  • Facilitate client meetings and presentations, focusing on translating complex performance data into clear, strategic business insights and providing data-backed recommendations for campaign strategy.
  • Develop comprehensive media plans and proposals for client presentation and internal alignment.
  • Maintain strict oversight of media budgets, pacing, and flighting schedules to ensure campaigns remain on track.
  • Ensure all reporting outputs align with the client’s campaign KPIs and internal data integrity standards.

Campaign Planning & Data Fluency:

  • Assist in shaping media strategy and execution plans through data review and competitive analysis.
  • Analyze campaign performance data across various paid channels (Programmatic, Display, Social, Search) to identify trends, underperforming segments, and opportunities for efficiency.
  • Create detailed media plans and execution briefs for the internal Campaign Managers (Ad Ops team) to ensure flawless setup and trafficking.
  • Prepare and deliver clear creative briefs to the Studio Team that align with media strategy, platform best practices, and performance goals.
  • Work closely with Campaign Managers (Ad Ops Team) to translate analytical findings into actionable optimizations (e.g., bid adjustments, audience refinement, budget re-allocation).
  • Review and QA campaign setup and reporting dashboards to ensure data accuracy before client submission.

Business Growth & Opportunity Development:

  • Support the identification of upsell or cross-sell opportunities within your accounts, demonstrating value through measurable ROI and campaign performance success stories.
  • Help convert project-based clients into long-term partners by consistently showing performance value, building trust, and managing seamless delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop proposals and Scope/Statement of Work (SOWs) for new media scopes.
  • Maintain a pulse on account health and flag opportunities to turn one-off projects into repeat business.

Business Growth & Account Development

  • Build trusted client relationships by consistently demonstrating understanding, responsiveness, and results.
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on campaign data, insights, or emerging media solutions.
  • Contribute to proposal development, media plans, and Statements of Work for new or expanded engagements.
  • Help transform project-based work into recurring business through consistent performance and service excellence.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in client servicing, media account management, or performance marketing, ideally within a digital or programmatic environment.
  • Strong understanding of Programmatic Displays, DV360, and FlashTalking, plus familiarity with Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and extract insights that inform client strategy.
  • Solid grasp of campaign metrics and optimization levers across paid channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to turn numbers into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Experience in media planning or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
