Role Description
Growth Marketing Manager (Remote | Contract with Full-time Conversion based on Performance)
We’re looking for a hands-on growth builder to drive acquisition, retention, and conversion through rapid experimentation and data-driven execution.
You’ll own the growth funnel end-to-end—launching campaigns, optimizing performance across digital channels, and leveraging analytics and automation to scale what works.
You’ll work cross-functionally with product, sales, and content teams in a fast-paced, remote environment, with high ownership and minimal oversight.
- Own and scale paid acquisition channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance platforms
- Build and optimize end-to-end GTM acquisition funnels to improve conversion across every stage of the user journey
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance using data and marketing analytics tools to identify growth opportunities
- Design and run structured experiments and A/B tests across ads, creatives, landing pages, and funnels
- Monitor and optimize key growth metrics such as CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and funnel conversion rates
- Identify drop-offs in the user journey and implement data-backed improvements
- Work closely with product and design teams to improve landing pages, onboarding flows, and campaign experiences
- Maintain clean tracking and reporting systems using Google Analytics, GTM, and marketing dashboards
- Present clear insights and performance updates to leadership to guide growth decisions
Key Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition
- Proven experience owning and scaling SEO and paid performance channels
- Strong expertise in keyword strategy, campaign architecture, and optimization frameworks
- Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing analytics tools
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into growth actions
- Experience building and executing experimentation roadmaps and conversion optimization initiatives
- Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, attribution models, and ROAS optimization
- Demonstrated record of driving measurable growth impact
- Strong ownership mentality with a bias toward experimentation and execution
