About the role

Sitting in the Marketing team, the Influencer YouTube Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the execution and growth of VEED's Influencer program. Working closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager, they will be responsible for scaling our YouTube partnerships, helping VEED to dominate YouTube search results.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about social media, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands-on experience working with YouTube creators in the US & UK markets.

What you'll do

Identify New Creators: Source new YouTube creators ensuring their brand and audience align with VEED's ideal customer profile.
Campaign Briefs: Create monthly YouTube briefs, working in collaboration with SEO to establish key search terms to target.
End-to-end Campaign Management: Own the full process including outreach, negotiating, contracting, content review & post-campaign analysis.
Relationship Management: Build a strong community of active YouTube creators.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, analyzing key metrics and providing insights to optimize future campaigns.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor and research competitor activity in the YouTube influencer marketing space, identifying trends and opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain and update internal documentation, ensuring information is organized, accessible, and current.

About you

Minimum 3 years professional experience in an Influencer Marketing role with a heavy focus on YouTube
Highly fluent in English, both written and spoken
Understanding of YouTube SEO and content optimisation best practices
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong negotiation skills ensuring creator compensation is fair and consistent
Excelled communication skills, with the ability to build genuine relationships with creator partners
Experience in budget management and optimisation
Working knowledge of influencer contracts
Data-driven mindset with an understanding of the role of data in creator recruitment and partnership analysis
Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends
Ability to be proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using AI-powered tools to streamline workflows
Team player with the ability to collaborate cross functionally to get things done
Experience in a startup environment beneficial
