About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative CRM Strategist with deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, particularly in AMPscript, content writing, and email design. The ideal candidate will help drive our client’s personalized customer engagement strategies across digital channels using the Salesforce platform.
This is a strategic and execution-heavy role that blends marketing, CRM technology, and creative content into a unified customer journey experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute CRM strategies using Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud to enable hyper-personalized customer journeys.
• Develop and manage data-driven email marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and automated workflows.
• Write, design, and test email content (text + visual) using AMPscript and HTML/CSS for responsive design.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technology teams to translate customer data insights into impactful messaging and creative assets.
• Manage content calendars, A/B testing strategies, campaign reporting, and optimization cycles.
• Ensure all communications adhere to brand voice, compliance, and accessibility standards.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 4+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud (formerly CDP).
• Proven experience with AMPscript, HTML/CSS for email templates, and responsive email design.
• Strong skills in email content writing and visual storytelling with an eye for detail.
• Experience in customer segmentation, personalization strategies, and journey automation using SFMC tools like Journey Builder and Email Studio.
• Understanding of marketing analytics, tracking KPIs, and campaign performance metrics.
• Experience working with or for large enterprise clients, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or retail sectors.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to client compliance.
