WHAT's THE ROLE?

This is a full-time remote role for an Influencer Marketing Manager. The role involves developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. The Influencer Marketing Manager will identify and collaborate with influencers, manage campaigns, and analyze performance metrics. Additional responsibilities include creating marketing content, coordinating with various teams, and overseeing budget management.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

1. End to end leadership of Influencer led P&L results.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy tailored to the DACH region.
• Identify, approach, and negotiate partnerships with suitable influencers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers.
• Manage influencer contracts, track campaign performance, and report on ROI.

2. Strong network of Affiliates for positive P&L impact.

• Build a strategy that makes sense for our brand and the market.
• Execute end-to-end, delivering strong outcomes and results quarter on quarter.

3. Solid network of content creators.

• Build a strategy that makes sense for our brand and the market.

4. Industry leading expert:

• Master the relevant software/ tool needed to enhance quality, speed and results.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging influencer platforms.

• 3+ years of exceptional results, leading influencer management for a beauty x wellness brand.
• Smart operator: strategic, persuasive, and innovative.
• Excellent communicator: able to generate impact and interest in a few words.
• Ability to form genuine, lasting relationships.
• Strong analytical skills to measure and report campaign performance.
