Job: IT Software Engineer 5 (Lead Salessforce developer)

Location-100% remote

Shift Timing 7am to 4pm CST OR 8am To 5pm CST

Role and overview of the role

• This is a Salesforce Team Lead Role. This role is in between an architect and developer. Guiding the team in the technical area. Candidate should understand the high level of architecture diagrams. Work with BA to get the user story. Candidate should understand what needs to be done and help to resolve the technical issues. Provide technical and team leadership in design, development, and deployment of CLIENT’s Salesforce Digital Marketing capabilities. Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform that consider system performance, usability, quality, cross-system interdependencies, security, and scalability. Attend daily stand ups and other Scrum ceremonies Lead daily tech team meetings to answer team questions, help resolve blockers, and troubleshoot issues

• l Sales Cloud Experience
• l Lead Experience and strong understanding of architectural diagrams and solutions
• l Strong communicator
• l Marketing cloud experience is preferred
• l Any industry’s background is fine but marketing experience will be help full
• l Client will be interested if the candidate has caterpillar experience in the past

Education and Experience

• l Bachelors with minimum 7 years of experience
• l Masters with minimum 5 years of experience
• l But manager said she will give preference to experience
