Mid–Senior Graphic Designer (Remote, Project-Based)

We are looking for a talented and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team on a remote, project-based basis. This role is perfect for someone with solid design experience who is ready to take ownership of projects, develop campaign styles, and deliver high-quality creative work that drives our brand and marketing efforts forward.

The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to produce engaging visuals and maintain brand consistency across digital and print channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create campaign styles, creative concepts, and visual guidelines for marketing campaigns
• Design digital assets, including:
• Social media graphics
• Email banners
• Landing page visuals & web assets
• Digital ads
• Presentation templates
• Work with print-ready files: flyers, brochures, business cards, posters, etc.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and deliverables
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure visuals align with campaign goals
• Stay updated on design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and apply them effectively to projects
• Deliver polished, on-brand designs within project timelines

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably with marketing and campaign design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus) and collaborative tools (Figma, Sketch)
• Experience preparing print-ready assets (CMYK, bleed, typography, layout)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney, AI-powered editors, content-generation tools) for creative workflows
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English
