Requirements

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other relevant design software
Ability to create layouts for various print and digital media formats
Creation of modern, functional, and visually engaging compositions
Capability to develop and repurpose complete visual identities
Image editing and manipulation to produce unique visual compositions
Creation of custom illustrations and digital artwork for a wide range of visual projects
Knowledge of Motion Design is a plus

Responsibilities

Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and development of visual concepts
Plan and organize the stages of the design process
Create artwork, illustrations, and other graphic elements for various campaigns
Design visually appealing compositions using images, text, and other elements
Participate in review and feedback sessions
Stay up to date with industry trends and apply new technologies
Demonstrate project leadership skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively

Mapped Deliverables:

Branding and Visual Identity
Institutional Design: Certificates, informational materials, and creatives
Promotional Design: Ads, banners, thumbnails, invitations, and more
Editorial Design: Presentations, reports, infographics, illustrations, PDFs, etc.
Social Media Design: Posts, stories, covers, and profile pictures

Nice to have

Minimum Experience: 5 years

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in design or related areas.

Language: Fluency in English required
