Key Responsibilities:
Executive Operations (40%)
- Manage complex executive calendars, travel, and strategic meeting coordination across multiple time zones.
- Prepare board materials, investor communications, and executive presentations for healthcare industry stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional projects including partnership negotiations, due diligence processes, and operational improvements.
- Coordinate compliance tracking for healthcare regulations and maintain documentation for industry accreditation.
Sales Engineering & Business Development (40%)
- Conduct technical product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, explaining complex growth solutions and technology implementations.
- Develop customized proposals and RFP responses for independently-owned healthcare businesses.
- Manage sales pipeline using advanced CRM capabilities, tracking opportunities from initial contact through contract execution.
- Analyse healthcare market trends, competitive landscape, and customer technical requirements to inform solution architecture.
Revenue Operations & Analytics (20%)
- Maintain and optimize sales technology stack including Attio CRM, Apollo automation, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Generate business intelligence reports combining executive insights with sales performance data.
- Support healthcare ROI analysis including clinical outcomes, operational efficiency gains, and administrative burden reduction.
- Facilitate strategic account management and customer success initiatives.
Qualifications
- Healthcare Experience: 3+ years in healthcare operations, clinical administration, or healthcare technology.
- Sales/Business Development: 2+ years supporting sales processes, pipeline management, or customer relationship management.
- Executive Support: Proven track record managing C-suite executives with complex, multi-stakeholder responsibilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in CRM platforms, database management, and healthcare information systems.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of HIPAA compliance, healthcare quality standards, and clinical documentation requirements.
- Communication Excellence: Superior written and verbal communication with healthcare professionals, executives, and technical stakeholders.
