Role Description

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to work full-time in a remote capacity, collaborating directly with Varun to create high-quality visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, branding, and other creative requirements.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include creating original social media creatives, designing Instagram Reels and short-form videos, developing motion graphics, working on website UI/UX designs, editing videos, and creating branding and marketing assets.

The role requires someone who can create designs from scratch rather than relying on Canva, ready-made templates, or stock layouts. You should have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and current digital design trends.

You will also be expected to understand creative briefs, work independently, handle multiple projects, take feedback positively, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphic Design with a portfolio demonstrating creative, original, and professional work.
• Experience creating social media creatives from scratch without relying on Canva or pre-designed templates.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.
• Experience with Figma for website UI/UX design.
• Experience designing Instagram Reels, short-form videos, motion posts, and digital content.
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in branding, logo design, and developing visual identities will be an added advantage.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into visually strong designs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while working remotely.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to take feedback and make revisions.
• A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if you have a strong portfolio.

Job Details

• Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month
• Work: Remote / Work From Home
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Working Hours: 9 hours a day
• Experience: Relevant professional experience preferred
