We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can craft elegant, functional, and innovative interfaces for web and mobile platforms. This is a chance to work on high-impact projects across various industries while collaborating with top-tier engineers and clients worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design process from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and final handoff.
• Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive and delightful user experiences.
• Create design systems, style guides, and scalable UI components for multiple platforms (web, mobile, PWA).
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of design vision.
• Stay ahead of emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to push Varritech’s design standards forward.
• Advocate for the user-first mindset in every project while balancing technical feasibility and business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a SaaS, startup, or engineering-focused environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design (concept to launch).
• Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with experience creating design systems and component libraries.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on complex technical products.
• Ability to conduct user interviews, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping independently.
• Familiarity with front-end development constraints (HTML, CSS, basic React knowledge is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale to stakeholders.
• Be able to leverage Ai design tools for tight deadline projects.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for AI-driven or data-heavy applications.
• Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, and 3D/immersive experiences (e.g., Three.js).
• Prior work in B2B platforms, marketplaces, or location-based applications.
