Performance Marketing Executive

About The Role

Own paid acquisition across our flagship events. You'll run the full performance engine - LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and emerging paid channels to drive paid delegate tickets, feed qualified SPEX (sponsorship & exhibition) leads to sales, fill registration funnels, and push our event pages up the rankings for the keywords that matter. This is a hands-on, numbers-accountable role for someone who already knows how B2B events convert.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax) owning budgets, bids, audiences, and creative testing end to end.
• Drive paid ticket sales through structured free-to-paid delegate funnels, with clear targets on volume, CPA, and ROAS.
• Generate qualified high intent SPEX leads, with targets on volume, CPL and ROI
• Run SEO/SEM to rank event pages for priority keywords with the SEO team (event names, category terms, speaker and topic searches).
• Build reporting that ties spend to outcomes, weekly performance views the CEO and other teams can read.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years in performance marketing, with proven B2B events / conference / expo experience this is non-negotiable. You understand delegate funnels, sponsor/exhibitor sales cycles, and the rhythm of event campaigns.
• Hands-on mastery of LinkedIn, Meta, and Google paid platforms (not just oversight you build and optimize yourself).
• Strong grasp of attribution, lead scoring, and funnel economics; comfortable defending every number.
• Working SEO/SEM knowledge and the ability to move rankings with supporting teams.
• Proven experience driving large-scale registrations (1000+ attendees preferred).
• Familiarity with the GCC / MENA tech-events market - AI, Fintech, Blockchain/Web3 or Gaming ecosystems is a strong plus.

How Success Is Measured

• Paid ticket revenue and CPA.
• Qualified SPEX leads and CPL.
• Attendee registration volume and cost per registration.
• Keyword rankings for priority terms - branded & non-branded.
• Detailed weekly reporting with ROAS across channels.
