About The Role:
You'll join a small, high-performing platform team building the systems that power Vantage's core: data pipelines, workflow orchestration, and the infrastructure that keeps everything running reliably at scale. We move fast: 10-20 production releases a day, with a backlog that's always groomed and prioritized.
We use Linear and AI tools (e.g. Claude, Codex, Cursor) as core tools, not novelties. Lightweight processes (ADRs, Slack huddles) allow us to be connected and co-ordinated without sacrificing quality. Your work will span new infrastructure, performance, scalability, and systems reliability - often in the same week. Very quickly after joining, you'll see your work reflected in how the platform performs for every customer who depends on it.
We expect everyone to have a voice. If something's slowing us down or could be done better, you'll be expected to make a suggested improvement; iteration isn't just for code.

Pay & Benefits
The estimated annual US base salary range for this role is $175,000 - $210,000. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and education stipends.
