We're seeking an established Marketing PMO to drive business expansion in the Middle East with laser-focused project management expertise.

About the Role

You will, among others, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure marketing projects, including KOL/Influencer collaborations, affiliate partnerships, branding initiatives, and performance marketing campaigns, are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with regulatory requirements in the Forex/CFD industry.

You Will:

• Manage and track marketing project timelines, milestones, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, BD, Compliance, Design, Content, and Tech
• Support communication between regional teams and global headquarters
• Monitor campaign performance and track key KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, ROI, and engagement
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for leadership and stakeholders
• Identify project risks and ensure effective mitigation strategies
• Maintain clear documentation, workflows, and compliance processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills
• Experience working with digital marketing campaigns or partnerships (KOL/affiliate) is a plus
• Familiar with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or Notion
• Experience in Forex/CFDs or fintech is highly preferred
