Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will lead Vantage’s marketing strategy and execution across Pakistan and Bangladesh, driving brand awareness, client acquisition, and engagement in both markets. This role requires strong experience in forex, crypto, or financial services marketing, with the ability to design and execute multi-channel campaigns, events, and digital initiatives that resonate with local audiences. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with regional leadership, sales, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives, while adapting strategies to the unique needs of the Pakistan and Bangladesh markets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Pakistan and Bangladesh, aligned with regional and global business goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Define target audiences and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly.
Campaigns & Events
- Plan and oversee integrated campaigns (digital, social media, events, and offline activations) to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
- Manage on-ground events, seminars, and client engagement activities in both markets.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives support client acquisition and retention.
Digital Marketing
- Lead digital campaigns, SEO, paid ads, and social media initiatives for both markets.
- Oversee localized content creation and design to ensure relevance to Pakistani and Bangladeshi audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (ROI, CPL, CAC, etc.) and optimize strategies.
Brand & Content
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all communication channels.
- Manage development of marketing collateral, including digital content, event materials, and client education resources.
- Work with content creators and designers to produce impactful marketing assets.
Team & Vendor Management
- Lead and mentor marketing officers and specialists in both countries.
- Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and event vendors.
- Oversee marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in forex, crypto, fintech, or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multi-country marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, event marketing, and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to travel between Pakistan and Bangladesh as required.
