As we continue to drive industry innovation, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager of Product & Customer Marketing to join our growing team.
Role Overview
The Senior Manager of Product & Customer Marketing will own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Vantaca's products and services while also driving customer engagement, retention, and expansion initiatives.
This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, storytelling, and cross-functional leadership to ensure our innovations are successfully launched, adopted, and leveraged to drive revenue growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing:
Own Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, compelling, and differentiated positioning for Vantaca's products and services.
Go-To-Market Strategy: Lead GTM planning and execution for new product launches, ensuring strong adoption and revenue impact.
Sales Enablement: Create sales collateral, battle cards, pitch decks, and competitive intelligence to equip Sales and CS with the right messaging.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor moves to refine Vantaca's positioning and sales strategy.
Pricing & Packaging: Partner with Product and Sales to optimize packaging, pricing, and value articulation of our solutions.
Thought Leadership & Demand Generation Support: Work with the broader Marketing team to create content, webinars, and campaigns that position Vantaca as an industry leader.
Customer Marketing & Expansion:
Customer Advocacy & Success Stories: Identify and showcase customer wins through testimonials, case studies, and industry recognition.
Customer Expansion & Upsell: Develop and execute marketing programs that drive feature adoption, expansion, and upsell opportunities within existing accounts. Work closely with Customer Success and Sales to position new products and services in a way that resonates with existing customers.
Customer Engagement & Retention: Drive adoption and retention through targeted campaigns, in-platform messaging, and educational content. Support the execution of customer communications around new product rollouts, enhancements, and ongoing value delivery.
Community & Events: Elevate customer engagement through user communities, customer advisory boards, and exclusive customer events.
Voice of the Customer: Partner with Product and CS to bring customer feedback into product development and marketing strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work hand-in-hand with Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing to align strategies and execute high-impact programs.
Partner with Demand Generation to drive product awareness, customer expansion and adoption campaigns.
Collaborate with Sales & CS to ensure customer needs are met throughout the lifecycle.
