We are currently seeking a Staff Product Designer for our Platform team. This role is crucial in bringing our vision to life. Vanta operates as a collaborative, remote-first company and values alignment with our core principles.
Ideal candidates have a proven track record of crafting exceptional B2B SaaS products with consumer-grade craftsmanship, consistently delivering meaningful value to customers. You excel in environments that are full of ambiguity and complexity, enjoying the autonomy to shape plans that optimize and streamline customer experiences. Your history shows a strong ability to translate customer needs and technical challenges into positive business outcomes through effective partnerships with Product Management and Engineering. As a thought leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our design practices as we continue to expand rapidly. While prior experience in GRC or security is beneficial, it is not required, as many of our successful team members have thrived at Vanta without it.
The Experience Design organization champions our customers by creating and delivering efficient consumer grade experiences through our trust management platform. We aim to earn their trust and contribute to a more secure internet. By providing valuable solutions, we empower Vanta to grow as a business. Our role is vital to the company’s strategic direction, and you will have a significant impact on our product development.
