We are currently seeking a Senior Product Designer for our Self-Serve Team, focusing on driving customer activation, engagement, and retention by building features and tools that make it easy for our users to adopt our product, realize value quickly and build habits to achieve their compliance and security goals.
As part of the Platform org, you’ll also partner with other product teams to develop systems that drive deeper product adoption and engagement both within core product and emerging business lines.
Ideal candidates have a proven track record of creating exceptional B2B SaaS products that deliver impactful customer experiences while streamlining complex workflows. You thrive in ambiguous and complex environments, using autonomy to drive innovation and improve ease of use for knowledge management and workflow automation.
With strong collaboration skills, you’ll work closely with Product Management and Engineering to translate customer needs into successful business outcomes. While experience in GRC or security is a plus, it’s not required—many of our team members have excelled without prior industry experience. Experience in Growth is a bonus.
